Diverse Building Surveyors are a small Building Surveying firm based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We have been providing a professional and personalised building surveying service since 2016 throughout Victoria.

The sole owner and main operator of Diverse Building Surveyors is John Daniels. John has been working in the building surveying industry for over 10 years. Having extensive experience working within Local Government Building Departments. This experience combined with his approachable attitude makes him a sought after and highly regarded Building Surveyor within the building
surveying profession.

John is a qualified Building Surveyor having achieved an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying and a Bachelor of Building Surveying. Registered with the Victorian Building Authority as an Unlimited Building Surveyor BS-U 42493 means John can work on a greater variety of building projects. Experienced in issuing building permits, preparing report and consent applications,  undertaking mandatory inspections and issuing occupancy permits.
